Rebranding Kathmandu’s popular online food delivery service
Problem
Foodmandu, Kathmandu's first online food delivery platform, needed a rebrand to stand out in a competitive market. The previous identity lacked the energy and modern appeal needed to represent fast, high-quality service.
Ideation
Several ideas were explored, including bold typography and playful illustrations. The team then focused on symbols of freshness and speed, leading to the concept of steam rising from hot food.
Solution
The final brand identity features steam forming the letter "F" in "Foodmandu," symbolizing both the warmth of freshly prepared meals and the speed of delivery. The dynamic logo effectively conveys the brand’s promise of quick, delicious food, making it more recognizable and engaging for customers.
